    Anti Ozone Wax

Anti Ozone Wax – Industrial Waxes & Oleochemicals product from Bio Green Wax

    À propos de ce produit

Anti Ozone Wax, also called antiozonant wax or rubber protective wax, is a selected hydrocarbon wax blend used in tyre and technical rubber compounding. Grades commonly combine paraffin and microcrystalline wax fractions to control how the wax moves through the rubber. After vulcanisation, the wax gradually migrates to the rubber surface and forms a thin physical barrier that helps reduce exposure to atmospheric ozone. This is particularly useful for static ozone protection during storage or periods when rubber parts are not flexing. Tyre sidewalls, rubber seals, hoses and other exposed rubber components can benefit when the wax is correctly matched to the formulation. Performance depends on the wax composition, rubber compound, temperature, migration rate and service conditions. A film can be disrupted by repeated flexing, so tyre formulations may also require chemical antiozonants and other protective additives. Anti ozone wax is not a tyre dressing and is incorporated during manufacture, not applied to a finished tyre by the end user. Bio Green Wax supplies against the buyer's agreed requirements. Please share the rubber formulation or application, expected operating temperatures, processing conditions, preferred physical form and required packaging. Melting or congealing point, oil content, penetration, viscosity, colour and addition level must be confirmed for the selected grade and validated in the buyer's compound. Technical and safety documents are confirmed with the quotation; no specific tyre-maker approval or certification is implied. The published USD 1.00-8.50 per kg range is an indicative bulk guide, not a firm quotation. Prices vary with market conditions, grade, quantity, packaging, freight and delivery terms. Please send an enquiry to the sales team for current price confirmation. The image illustrates a representative wax form; actual appearance and packing depend on the agreed grade.
