Bio Green Wax Ltd supplies the additive systems that turn a base wax into a finished candle formulation. Polyboost and Vybar polymer enhancers improve melt pool stability and jar adhesion, help prevent shrinkage, lift scent throw and retention, and reduce frosting. The CA series (CA-75, CA-65 and CA-55) are comparable alternatives matched to hard, soft and plant-oil wax systems, improving oil retention, hardness, dye dispersion and texture while preventing oil sweating. Tinuvin UV stabilisers protect finished candles from discoloration, fading and surface degradation caused by sunlight and retail lighting. Typical use levels are 1-3% by weight for polymer enhancers, 0.5-2.0% for CA additives and 0.1-0.5% for UV stabilisers. These are starting points: the optimum depends on your base wax, fragrance load and the performance you are targeting, and our technical team will work the trial with you.
