About This Product
Beeswax, produced naturally by honeybees (Apis mellifera), is secreted to build honeycombs. Composed of esters, fatty acids, and hydrocarbons, it is durable, pliable, and water‑resistant. Widely used in cosmetics, candles, polishes, pharmaceuticals, and food coatings, beeswax has been valued since antiquity for preservation and craft. Interesting fact: beeswax burns longer and cleaner than paraffin, making it ideal for premium natural candles.
